Job summary

Lucid Motors is seeking a DevOps Automation Engineer to design, build and maintain a scalable, multi-stage CI system that supports embedded software teams and cloud initiatives across the company. You will unify our development pipeline, optimize build and test runs, automate release management, and promote replicable environments using Kubernetes, Docker and OS configuration management.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of CI/CD tooling and automation frameworks.
• Proficient in scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell) and at least one modern programming language.
• Experience with version control systems and configuration management.
• Strong communication to gather requirements and train teams on workflows.
• Experience with large-scale server and cloud infrastructures and distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Architect, build and maintain a scalable multi-stage CI system.
• Unify development pipeline, build process, testing, and deployment strategies across diverse teams.
• Improve automation of operational activities using OS configuration management, virtualization, and containerization (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker).
