Kearney is hiring a DevOps Automation Analyst to join our team streamlining and enhancing the software development life cycle in support of the Air Force Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO) program. Qualified candidates must have a strong expertise in automating processes ensuring the infrastructure and deployment strategies are efficient, scalable, and reliable. The candidate will be an advisor to a team of DevOps engineers, guiding them through complex automation challenges and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This role will involve close collaboration with both development and operations teams to create a seamless workflow that accelerates delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.

This position is currently remote. Management or the client may adjust or eliminate the remote work arrangement at any point. This would require employee presence at a defined work location on a full-time or hybrid basis, depending on client needs.

The expected salary range for this position is between $69,000 and $105,000. This range is representative of base pay only and does not include straight time pay for hours worked over 40 per week, company contributions towards paid benefits, and/or bonuses. Actual compensation (meeting or exceeding the range) will be determined based on specific experience, education, work location, clearance level, and other factors permitted by law. This position is eligible for bonuses (when applicable).
