Responsibilities

• Perform functional testing and diagnostic evaluations of mobile devices, tablets, and related electronics using approved tools and processes.
• Grade devices based on cosmetic condition, functionality, and customer-specific quality standards.
• Maintain accurate tracking of serialized inventory and device status throughout the reverse logistics process.
