Responsibilities

• Time management in a production environment.
• Communicate issues concisely to team and manager.
• Manual testing of customer-owned inventory.
• Creation, management, and triage of defects within devices.
• Ensure proper troubleshooting during testing.
• Provide daily/weekly status reporting via approved software.
• Follow leads' instructions.
• Monitor ticketing systems for test case management, creation, and execution.
• Follow established testing processes and reporting procedures.
• Archive test documentation as directed.
• Demonstrate accountability and strong communication.
