Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years in mobility production environment preferred.
• A+ certification preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage time in a production environment.
• Communicate issues concisely to team and manager.
• Manual testing of customer-owned inventory.
• Create, manage, and triage defects within devices.
• Ensure proper troubleshooting during testing.
• Provide daily/weekly status reports via approved software.
• Follow leads' instructions and testing procedures.
• Monitor ticketing system for test case management, creation, execution.
• Archive test documentation as directed.
• Demonstrate accountability and drive results.
