You will stage, configure, test, and prepare customer devices across multiple projects, collaborating with Project Leads, Supervisors, and the Operations Manager to meet timelines and customer specifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in staging, production, or related technical environment.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Working knowledge of hardware, peripherals, device support, and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing business needs.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.

Responsibilities

• Unpack, inspect, and verify devices for shipping damage or DOA issues.
• Configure and stage customer devices according to project requirements and deployment specifications.
• Charge primary and spare batteries to ensure an optimal out-of-box user experience.
• Load customer-provided wireless settings, network configurations, and IP information.
• Install, update, and configure software applications as required.
• Configure device power settings to maximize performance and battery longevity.
• Upgrade device firmware and apply required patches and updates.
• Perform quality checks to ensure devices are fully operational and deployment ready.
• Communicate device or system performance issues to Project Leads and Supervisors in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and efficient workstation.
• Support production goals while meeting project deadlines and quality expectations.
• All other duties as assigned
