Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum HS diploma/equivalent plus 3–6+ months of customer service and/or device repair experience.
• In lieu of device repair experience, associate degree in electronics or other technical field.
• Demonstrated technical aptitude and ability to learn new processes quickly.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Log device repair input and engage with customers.
• Assess repair feasibility and provide estimates.
• Repair devices including cell phones and tablets; receive, pack and ship.
• Install batteries and perform tests; rebuild cordless batteries as needed.
• Maintain inventory and assist with store operations.
