• Excellent communication and customer service skills; able to teach and train others.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to log device repair input and determine feasibility.
• Repair cell phones, tablets, and other devices; perform tests and battery work.
• Receive, pack and ship devices; maintain inventory and support store ops.
• Provide live camera-based remote support (Skype) for in-store repairs.
• Greet customers, upsell add-ons, process sales transactions at the register.
