Batteries Plus Bulbs in Manchester, NH is hiring a full-time Store Associate/Device Repair Technician to help customers and repair devices. You’ll diagnose problems, test batteries, reinstall components, and assist with sales in a fast-paced, family-owned atmosphere.

No experience? Paid training and certification are provided. We offer a $2000 sign-on bonus, competitive pay, and a benefits package including medical, vision, dental, 401K, paid time off, and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; paid training and certification provided.
• Strong customer service skills and willingness to learn new tech.
• Technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot problems.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb and work in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, determine needs, and answer questions.
• Sell add-ons and participate in store and commercial sales activities.
• Identify potential commercial customers through questions.
• Operate computer/cash register and process sales accurately.
• Answer phones and relay messages timely and accurately.
• Support retail and commercial sales initiatives and protect against loss.
• Collaborate as a team to meet company goals; maintain customer-first mindset.
• Assist in installing batteries and performing basic tech work.
