Xplor Technologies is seeking a Device Operations Specialist to manage the day-to-day operation of the payment device estate. You will coordinate ordering, provisioning, deployment, replacement, returns and inventory, ensuring accurate records and timely communication across the device lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience in device operations, mobile or telecoms hardware, IT asset management, payment operations, logistics or a similar operational setting.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to maintain accurate inventory and records.
• Experience coordinating device orders, inventory, fulfilment, provisioning, deployments or returns.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities to completion.
• Comfort working with external vendors and internal teams to resolve issues and keep stakeholders informed.
• Strong spreadsheet, reporting and problem-solving abilities including data reconciliation.

Responsabilités

• Maintain accurate device records including merchant allocation, location, status, transfers, returns, retirement and software versions.
• Reconcile device estate with POS Portal and track inactive, unassigned, damaged, missing and end-of-life devices.
• Validate device orders for new and existing merchants and track configuration, dispatch and delivery.
• Monitor stock levels and flag shortages, excess stock and ageing inventory.
• Coordinate replacements, returns, refurbishment, reuse and secure disposal.
• Coordinate provisioning and configuration for each merchant and Business Unit and resolve activation errors.
