Job summary

Xplor Technologies, a global provider of embedded payments and software solutions, is seeking a Device Operations Specialist to own the day-to-day management of its payment device estate. You will coordinate ordering, provisioning, deployment, replacements, returns, and inventory control to ensure accurate, efficient operations across regions.

The role requires meticulous record-keeping, experience with asset management or payments operations, and the ability to communicate clearly with vendors

Qualifications

• Experience in device operations and IT asset management.
• Strong data reconciliation and problem-solving skills.
• Clear communicator with vendors and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain device records and reconcile estate with POS Portal.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replacements, returns, and disposal.
• Serve as primary contact for POS Portal and incident investigations.
