• Manages device intake, technical assessment, and onboarding with Information Services, Clinical Engineering, Information Security, vendors and clinical stakeholders.
• Leads resolution of complex issues through root cause analysis and coordination across teams to ensure reliable device performance and integration.
• Serves as a SME for device connectivity and integration workflows, supporting testing, validation, and optimization efforts.
• Coordinates integration activities across initiatives, managing timelines, dependencies, and risks; mentors teammates and promotes documentation standards.
