Wolfspeed is seeking a Device Integration Engineer to support the Mohawk Valley process flow and device integration. You will work on monitoring key device attributes and solving complex problems while collaborating with different teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 year’s experience with a BS or 1 year’s experience with a Master’s.
• Understanding of semiconductor processes and device physics.
• Experience in design of experiments, statistical analysis, and process control.
