Work on complex problems and drive consensus and solutions in response to critical events. Build out process/device improvement plans and implement the same.***The Day-to-Day**** Monitor key device attributes (in-line CD/thickness, PCM testing, and probe parametrics) to ensure process and device health.* Strong data analysis skills to drive root cause for parametric shifts or issues.* Drive problem solving across multiple teams (i.e. process, flows, product).* Respond to deviations in the production line and customer concerns and drive to root cause.* Develop solutions to problems utilizing structured problem-solving tools.* Support disposition and decision making in a 24x7 operation.***This Job is Right for You if You Have (Minimum Requirements):**** BS in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or Equivalent.
