Job summary

Teceze USA is seeking an IT field support professional in Kentucky to deploy, install, and validate clinical IT devices and peripherals. You will provide hands-on support during Epic go-live, troubleshoot hardware, connectivity, and deployment issues, and perform post-deployment stabilization and hypercare for healthcare environments.

The role emphasizes deskside/field support, printer/scanner handling, and workstation configuration, with preference for healthcare IT experience and Epic

Job description

• Deploy, install, configure, and validate IT devices and peripherals.
• Set up and troubleshoot workstations, printers, scanners, WOWs (Workstations on Wheels), and other clinical/IT devices.
• Provide hands-on IT support during the Epic go-live period.
• Troubleshoot hardware, connectivity, configuration, and deployment issues.
• Perform post-deployment stabilization and hypercare support.
• Coordinate with project teams, site personnel, and end users to resolve issues quickly.
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach in a healthcare environment.

Required / Preferred Experience

• Desktop, deskside, or field support experience.
• Printer/scanner installation and troubleshooting.
• Workstation and peripheral configuration.
• Basic network/connectivity troubleshooting.
• Healthcare or hospital IT experience is preferred.
• Epic go-live or clinical application deployment experience is a plus.
• Experience providing hypercare/post-go-live support is a plus
