Job summary

Apply Now is seeking a Configuration Center Technical Specialist to support a high-volume device configuration and bundling environment for a major technology client. This role combines hands-on hardware/software troubleshooting, device imaging, quality assurance, and daily warehouse operations.

The ideal candidate will troubleshoot hardware and system issues, support SAP-related questions, perform imaging and testing, and ensure configured products meet customer quality requirements before

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience troubleshooting computers, hardware, software, and technical systems.
• Experience with device imaging, re-imaging, configuration or deployment.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is preferred.
• Familiarity with quality inspections and manufacturing processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of a technology configuration and bundling center.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system issues affecting production and warehouse operations.
• Perform Out of Box Audits (OBA) and re-image devices when necessary.
• Complete First Article Inspections (FAI) to verify specifications.
• Document inspection results and submit quality information to customers.
• Load fresh device images and support configuration and testing needs.
• Provide SAP-related technical support impacting operations.
• Identify root causes to minimize downtime and disruptions.
• Collaborate with warehouse, IT, quality and customer teams to resolve issues.
