Qualifications

• Graduate of a baccalaureate nursing program.
• RN license by applicable state requirements.
• Five years of RN experience in cardiovascular nursing or Device Clinic experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate nursing care and direct patient care across the continuum.
• Educate patients and families and manage transitions of care.
• Provide leadership and mentoring within the nursing team and participate in quality improvement.
