Eligible candidates hold a BSN and an RN license with ACLS/BLS, plus strong communication and leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• RN license required by state regulatory body.
• BSN or equivalent nursing degree with licensure at hire.
• Experience in cardiovascular nursing preferred (5 yrs) or Device Clinic.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing care and direct patient care for assigned patients.
• Educate patients and families and manage transitions of care.
• Provide leadership and mentorship within clinical team and participate in quality improvement.
