Job summary

Mayo Clinic is seeking a Registered Nurse in Arizona to coordinate cardiovascular nursing care, educate patients and families, and support care transitions. The RN will lead within the Nursing Practice Model, mentor others, and participate in quality improvement activities.

Ideal candidates bring 5 years in cardiovascular nursing, ACLS/BLS, and EMR experience, with flexibility for day/evening shifts and on-call duties at Mayo Clinic locations in Phoenix/Scottsdale.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in applicable state with BLS/ACLS as required.
• 5 years RN experience in cardiovascular nursing preferred (EP Lab, CCU, Telemetry).
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR).
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, holidays, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing care and patient/family education.
• Lead and participate in quality improvement efforts and committees.
• Provide direct patient care within Mayo Clinic Nursing Practice Model.
