Eli Lilly and Company is seeking a Process Engineer to ensure reliable operation and qualified state of equipment within the Apollo Process Team. You will lead safety initiatives, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive continuous improvement across equipment and processes.

Responsibilities include maintaining control systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and supporting IQ/OQ/PQ activities for new equipment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in process engineering in a manufacturing organization.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure a safe working environment by following safety rules and helping improve the safety culture.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts to resolve equipment and operational problems and apply RCA techniques.
• Establish & monitor control systems to verify and optimize equipment performance.
• Act as user representative for capital projects or delivery of local projects.
• Develop scope for capital projects targeting short and longer term needs.
