Lilly is creating a state-of-the-art manufacturing site on the Kenosha County campus to advance Device Assembly/Packaging lines. As the Process Engineer, you will support and lead packaging operations, integrating lines with MES, SCADA, and site systems while ensuring safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM.
• 7+ years of experience as a process engineer in a highly automated environment.
• Pharmaceutical cGMP experience and CFR knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Design, install, qualify new LKC Packaging lines and integrate with MES.
• Lead qualification activities including commissioning.
• Ensure safe design and operation of equipment.
• Coordinate startup readiness, PSSR, and automation cutovers.
• Collaborate with global teams to resolve automation and integration challenges.
• Provide technical leadership across multiple manufacturing areas.
