Job summary

Resilience in Port Union, Ohio, is seeking a Supervisor, Device Assembly Packaging to lead the Process Operation (Pack). You will manage PET staff, coordinate scheduling, ensure quality and cGMP compliance, and foster a productive, compliant work environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate PET activity including scheduling and improvements.
• Ensure safety and adherence to SHE standards daily.
• Train PET staff on equipment, processes, and SOPs; support training plans.
• Maintain documentation consistency in manufacturing records and logs.
• Review and approve change controls and deviations; participate in investigations.
