Job summary

Resilience, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor, Device Assembly Packaging to lead the PET staff and oversee the end-to-end packaging operations, ensuring high-quality product and adherence to cGMP, regulatory, and company standards.

The role requires strong leadership, production experience, and a background in mechanical/electrical troubleshooting, with collaboration across teams and continuous improvement focus. Base pay and a robust rewards program are included.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in production environment.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Problem solving skills.
• Knowledge or previous experience in managing technical programs/projects.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to direct and participate in cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

• Direct PET staff for efficient equipment and materials use to meet quality standards.
• Coordinate PET activity, staffing, scheduling and improvements.
• Promote safe work practices and compliance with SHE standards.
• Train PET staff on equipment, processes and SOPs; support training plans.
• Ensure cGMPs and regulatory compliance in production; respond to audits.
• Manage deviation investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Author and approve SOPs and documents to improve processes.
