Job summary

Internetwork Expert in Redmond, WA is seeking a detail-oriented Device Analysis Engineering Lab Technician to perform sample preparation, execute test methods, and maintain lab readiness. You will manage inventory, coordinate maintenance, support failure analysis with techniques like SEM, XRF, FTIR, and ensure 5S standards while collaborating with engineers and vendors.

The role requires a STEM degree and hands-on lab experience; includes procurement support, data collection, and customer-facing

Qualifications

• Degree in STEM required; 5S and lab readiness expectations.
• Experience in analytical lab, failure analysis, or materials science is preferred.
• Ability to prep samples (epoxy mounting, SEM prep) and handle lab inventory.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize lab supplies, fixtures, tools, and test equipment.
• Own day-to-day lab operations and ensure lab cleanliness and 5S compliance.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance for analytical equipment.
• Support failure analysis with listed analytical techniques and data collection.
• Handle test samples and track material flow in the lab.
• Procurement support: quotes, PO creation, invoices.
