Job summary

Flagship Pioneering, Inc. is offering a Northeastern University Co-Op position in Cambridge, MA, January 2027 to June 2027. The role is full-time (40 hrs/week) in-office, reporting to the Technical Operations Team.

You will work in a lab helping develop and evaluate formulations for biologics across multiple therapeutic areas. The ideal candidate is a current Northeastern co-op student with hands-on lab experience and a strong work ethic, ready to contribute to cutting-edge biologics projects

Qualifications

• Urgency to learn and perform in lab settings.
• Hands-on lab experience in chemistry/biochemistry or related field.
• Strong work ethic and bench skills.
• Collaborative team player with good recording and communication.
• Willingness to learn new techniques in a biotech lab.

Responsibilities

• Prepare biologics formulation vehicles.
• Create and screen multiple biologics and payloads.
• Develop processes to improve yield and purity of drug products.
• Evaluate biologics/RNA formulations using analytical approaches.
• Document data and present to cross-functional teams.
