Rise Services, Inc. is seeking a Developmental Specialist to supervise developmental therapy and supported living services for individuals with developmental disabilities. You will train Direct Support Professionals, administer assessments, and develop individual program plans, while delivering direct services as needed.

The role requires ensuring safety and quality care in diverse home and community settings, with strong communication and collaboration with families and professionals.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Service field.
• One (1) year experience with individuals with developmental disabilities or 240 hours of supervised experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Strong independent problem solving and decision making skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and with others.

Responsabilidades

• Maintains DDA compliance with Health & Welfare and Medicaid Rules and Regulations.
• Participate in meetings and coordinate services.
• Acts as primary contact for developmental therapy for clients, families, and related professionals.
• Provide developmental therapy and evaluations as needed.
• Assist with Quality Assurance and file review.
