Rise Inc. in Mountain Home, Idaho, seeks a Developmental Specialist to supervise developmental therapy and supported living services for individuals with developmental disabilities.

You will train and supervise Direct Support Professionals and administer assessments while ensuring compliance with DDA rules and Medicaid requirements. The role requires a Bachelor’s in a Human Service field, 1 year of relevant experience (or 240 hours supervised), strong communication, and ability to work

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Service field.
• 1 year experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or 240 hours supervised experience.
• CPR/First Aid certification required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise developmental therapy and supported living services to ensure quality care.
• Provide individual and group developmental therapy (including transporting clients).
• Develop and implement individual program plans and conduct ongoing evaluations.
• Train and supervise Direct Support Professionals; assist with QA and file reviews.
