Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, special education, or related field.
• Two years' experience working with people with developmental disabilities.
• One year of supervisory experience.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality supports to adults with developmental disabilities.
• Organize client daily activities and community outings.
• Implement treatment objectives and maintain case records.
• Teach new work skills and supervise individuals in employment settings.
