Justice Resource Institute seeks a Day Habilitation Program Director in Framingham, MA to lead the Willow Tree site and advance community integration for adults with developmental disabilities.

This full-time, in-person role requires travel between MetroWest programs, staff supervision, budgeting, and ensuring regulatory compliance across DDS, MassHealth, and CARF standards. If you are passionate about helping others and have strong leadership and collaboration skills, apply today.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in human service or related field.
• Minimum of one year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Two years of experience in human service management.
• Master's degree in human services or related field can be substituted for two years of management experience.
• Two years of experience working with multiple entities to optimize operating programs and ensure regulatory compliance (MassHealth and CARF).

Responsabilidades

• Lead a JRI Developing Abilities day habilitation program site.
• Oversee implementation of services according to assessed service need, staffing ratios, and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure adequate staffing resources, support, and backup to meet service goals.
• Recruit, hire, train, supervise, and evaluate staff, including contracted and temporary staff.
• Implement day habilitation operational, safety, and risk management systems.
• Organize resources and monitor activities to ensure quality care in safe environments.
• Implement trauma-informed, strength-based positive behavior support practices.
• Provide after-hours on-call coverage.
• Ensure best practices through data-informed efforts and licensing/accreditation systems (DDS, CARF, MassHealth).
• Develop an annual strategic plan aligning with JRI goals and client needs.
• Engage in management team, risk, safety and human rights activities.
• Manage program budgets, expenditures, and billing within regulatory requirements.
