Job summary

Justice Resource Institute is seeking a Relief Support Specialist to join our Willow Tree Day Habilitation Programs in Natick and Northborough. You will provide high quality supports to adults with developmental disabilities, organize daily activities, implement treatment objectives, and assist with community outings in a supportive team environment.

The position offers a competitive hourly wage of $19.00 to $25.00 per hour, with potential bonuses and benefits as described in the posting.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Experience working with individuals who have developmental disabilities is required.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to work efficiently and independently without direct supervision or colleagues present.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to transport individuals as needed.
