Job summary

  • B.A. in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in development of a program employment plan
  • Engage in active job seeking to obtain employment for members
  • Train and assist members in self-marketing to prospective employers
  • Ensure compliance with obligations to and requirements for funding sources
  • Engage in comprehensive job coaching
  • Perform routine maintenance of employment contacts
  • Maintain an acceptable level of member job placements
  • Provide member case-management services
  • Maintain appropriate staff/member interactions
  • Engage in the Agency’s Periodic Service Review (PSR) and other quality assurance programs
  • Ensure compliance with all licensing and accreditation standards
  • Cooperate with Agency and DDD/ DCP&P staff in any inspection or investigation
  • Ensure compliance with wearing a mask when mandated by State, Federal, and Licensing authorities during a public health crisis/pandemic.
  • All other duties as assigned

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

JOB TASKS

SHIFT

Varies throughout the week. Evenings and weekends required as necessary.
