Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21 years with a high school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• DSP or DD Aide training will be completed after hire and overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide targeted training to enhance employability and daily living skills.
• Assess client needs with input from the Developmental Instructor and modify strategies as needed.
• Implement service strategies and assist with self-care and daily living tasks.
• Maintain records of client objectives and progress.
• Pass prescribed medications to clients per DHS Rule 116.
• Represent Hope in a professional manner and support the Hope Residential Academy.
