Job summary

Vinfen is seeking a Program Specialist to lead development and oversight of program systems, policies, and reporting. You will collaborate with leaders to assure outcomes, provide staff training, and guide the expansion of services.

You will mentor staff, manage data collection and compliance, and support relationships with families and community partners. A Bachelor’s degree and several years in human services with supervisory experience are typical requirements.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of five years’ experience in progressively responsible human services functions, including at least three years in a supervisory role.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred in a Human Services field or related area.
  • Valid driver’s license with the ability to drive for Vinfen.
  • Ability to lift at least 25 pounds and perform physically active tasks as needed.
  • Experience with program development, evaluation, and reporting to funders.

Responsibilities

  • Provide training in program systems and tools as needed.
  • Direct, coach, and develop staff; conduct program reviews and career guidance.
  • Train staff in data collection and reporting requirements.
  • Mentor staff to build relationships with families, peers, and stakeholders.
  • Assist in hiring, onboarding, and policy compliance across the division.
  • Develop and design new program start-ups and efficient procedures.
  • Analyze systems with Program Directors and Site Managers to resolve issues.
