Job summary

ViaQuest is seeking a Full-Time Billing Specialist to join our team in a hybrid role in Dublin, OH. You will perform all aspects of the medical billing cycle, including invoice preparation, posting payments, and collecting on client accounts, while ensuring accuracy and excellent customer service.

Applicants should have a high school diploma and at least one year of medical billing experience; DODD billing experience is a plus. We offer paid training and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year medical billing experience; DODD billing preferred.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform all aspects of the billing process in a timely and accurate manner.
• Collect necessary billing documents, prepare invoices, maintain contracts and post payments.
• Collect on all client accounts and proactively address troubled accounts.
• Communicate with operations and management regarding collections.
• Prepare client reports.

Requirements for this position include:

• High school diploma required, degree is billing/coding is preferred.
• A minimum of one year of experience in medical billing and experience with DODD billing is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills and attention to detail.
