Job summary

Regions Bank in Coral Gables, Florida is seeking a Commercial Relationship Manager Associate to support a Commercial Relationship Manager or team by conducting industry research, maintaining databases, and building detailed financial models for valuation and refinancing analysis.

The role involves coordinating client pitches, participating in due diligence, and identifying new Regions 360 opportunities across product platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Three years of experience in commercial credit analysis and/or commercial lending analysis.
• Formal credit or commercial loan training.

Responsibilities

• Assists in cultivation of client relationships by conducting industry research and pursuing prospects.
• Tracks and maintains key internal databases to enhance client deliverables.
• Develops and maintains detailed financial models for valuation, LBO, recapitalization and refinancing analysis.
• Serves as the primary contact for the Coverage Banker for client pitches and internal deal screens.
• Leads the preparation of written material, including client pitches and internal deal screens.
• Participates in client meetings and due diligence sessions for exposure to executives and bankers.
• Identifies Regions 360 opportunities across product lines and coordinates discussions with various teams.
• Contributes to client planning by identifying new products and utilizing internal tools.
• Qualifies prospects and builds a database for intelligent business development campaigns.
• Identifies the best contact person within a prospect for meetings.
• Helps coordinate and directs packages through the approval process including pricing models.
