Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and speak in English.
• Ability to promote and foster effective working relationships with children, youth, and coworkers.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds and be physically capable to work indoors and outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Plans and executes appropriate early childhood education experiences with a variety of material to promote development.
• Works with the director and teachers to develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities.
• Promotes positive child and youth interactions and maintains safety and supervision across settings.
