Job summary

Dell Children's Medical Center in Austin, Texas, is seeking a Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrician to provide expert care for children with complex developmental and behavioral needs. The role offers collaboration with physicians, psychiatrists, and clinic staff within Ascension's network in a busy outpatient setting.

You will participate in the GME program, mentor trainees, and supervise weekday clinical operations to ensure high-quality access to care for Central Texas families.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Texas Medical Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
• No additional preferences

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, specialized care to children with complex developmental and behavioral needs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to design and execute holistic treatment plans.
• Mentor and educate in the Graduate Medical Education (GME) program.
• Manage weekday clinical operations and clinic-only call, ensuring reliable access to care.
