Qualifications

• Unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of Texas.
• Board certified in general psychiatry and board-eligible in child and adolescent psychiatry with commitment to become certified within 2 years of fellowship graduation.
• Eligible for credentialing and privileging by Ascension Seton.
• Eligible for credentialing and privileging in the local mental health authority.
• Eligible for appointment as an assistant professor or higher in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient clinical care for pediatric and adolescent patients as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Collaborate with Seton Healthcare Family and Ascension Seton to support CPWE and related clinical initiatives.
• Participate in educational activities with medical students and residents; pursue scholarly clinical programming and research opportunities.
• Provide on-call coverage with the Dell Children's Psychiatry Team and contribute to hospital-based mental health services.
• Engage in telemedicine evaluations and maintain documentation following professional and billing standards.
