Job summary

MePA in West Texas is seeking a Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrics physician for outpatient care with autonomy to shape the service line. The role features AI-assisted documentation, robust multidisciplinary referrals, and a four-day clinic plus one admin day schedule.

You will address ADHD, autism, developmental concerns, and related disorders, while collaborating with a supportive team and enjoying a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Board certification or eligibility in Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrics.
• Fellowship-trained candidates encouraged; fellows considered.
• Experience managing diverse developmental and behavioral pediatric presentations.

Responsibilities

• Outpatient evaluation and longitudinal management for ADHD, autism, developmental delay, learning concerns and mood disorders.
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary pediatric clinics and support staff.
• Utilize Cerner EMR and AI documentation tools in outpatient clinics.
• Build and tailor an efficient clinic template to fit clinical interests.
