Job summary

Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic is seeking a Developmental Behavioral Pediatrician to serve a largely migrant and Latino community. You will join a team focused on interdisciplinary care and work within a patient-centered mission.

The position is 1.0 FTE (40 hours), with EPIC EMR, Monday–Friday 8:00 am–5:00 pm, and comprehensive benefits including malpractice coverage, visa support, relocation, loan repayment, and CME opportunities.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or eligible in developmental/behavioral pediatrics.
• Fellowship in developmental/behavioral pediatrics completed preferred.
• Experience serving underserved populations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide developmental/behavioral pediatric care for children.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patients and families.
• Utilize EPIC EMR for documentation and care coordination.
• Maintain clinic schedule as 1.0 FTE (40 hours).

Position Details

Position Highlights

• $261k annual compensation
• $30k Hiring Bonus
• $20k Relocation Allowance

Qualifications
