Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic in Washington state seeks an Advanced Practice Clinician for the Family Medical Center in Walla Walla. You will join a team focused on compassionate, patient-centered care and manage a patient panel within EPIC EMR, working with underserved populations.

The position is 1.0 FTE (40 hours/week) with a base of $141k–$155k, plus a $15k signing bonus, a $20k relocation allowance, malpractice coverage, and a 4-week Medical Spanish Immersion program.

Position Details:

• Proudly serving a largely migrant and Latino community

• Certified bilingual Medical Assistant dedicated to assisting in translation and patient care

• 1.0 FTE (40 hours per week)

• EMR system is EPIC

• Clinic Operational Hours: Monday – Friday 7:30 AM – 7:00 PM

Position Highlights:

• Base compensation $141k - $155k. Additional earnings from productivity and patient satisfaction measures should be expected.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, you must complete a Master's or Doctoral Degree -Nurse Practitioner or Master's Degree - Physician Assistant or Bachelor's Degree in Health Science and a two-year Physician Assistant training program.
