Who we are looking for:

• A Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about community health and family medicine
• A healthcare professional committed to working with underserved patient populations

Position Details:

• Proudly serving a largely migrant and Latino community
• Certified bilingual Medical Assistant dedicated to assisting in translation and patient care
• 1.0 FTE* Ability to be flexible with FTE. Schedule to be determined. Compensation will be prorated accordingly.*
• EMR system is EPIC
• Clinic hours vary by location

Position highlights:

• Base Compensation: $141k - $155k per year. Additional earnings from productivity and patient satisfaction measures should be expected.
• $15k Hiring Bonus
• $20K Relocation Allowance
• $50k student loan repayment assistance beginning the month after your start date
• 4-week Medical Spanish Immersion Program in Xela, Guatemala

Qualifications:
