Job summary

Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic in Salem, OR is seeking an Advanced Practice Clinician to join a patient-centered medical home serving a largely migrant and Latino community. This 1.0 FTE role uses EPIC EMR and offers strong compensation, relocation support, and a signing bonus, with clinic hours Monday–Saturday to cover patient care needs.

Base pay ranges from $141K to $155K per year, plus productivity incentives and a $15K signing bonus and a $20K relocation allowance.

We have an opportunity for an Advanced Practice Clinician at Lancaster Family Health Center in Salem, OR!

Who we are looking for:

• An experienced Advanced Practice Clinician passionate about community health and family medicine.

• An experienced healthcare professional committed to working with underserved patient populations.

Position Details:

• Proudly serving a largely migrant and Latino community

• Certified bilingual Medical Assistant dedicated to assisting in translation and patient care

• 1.0 FTE (40 hours per week)

• EMR system is EPIC

• Clinic Operational Hours: Monday - Thursday, 7:30 am - 7:00 pm; Friday, 7:30 am - 5:00 pm; Saturday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Position Highlights:
