Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic in Yakima, WA is seeking a Women's Health Advanced Practice Clinician (NP/PA) to join our patient-centered, community-focused team at the West Valley Family Health clinic.

You will provide comprehensive care to a largely migrant and Latino population, with 40-hour workweek, EPIC EMR, and benefits including malpractice coverage, relocation assistance, signing bonus, loan repayment, and a robust CME program.

Formación

• Master's or Doctoral Degree in Nurse Practitioner, or Master's in Physician Assistant, or Health Science bachelor's with PA training.
• Eligible to practice in Washington; training aligns with family and women's health.
• Experience in community health or serving underserved populations is beneficial.

We have an opportunity for a Women's Health Advanced Practice Clinician at our West Valley Family Health clinic in Yakima, WA!

Who we are looking for:

• An Advanced Practice Clinician passionate about community health and family medicine, with a focus on Women's Health
• A healthcare professional committed to working with underserved patient populations

Position Details:

• Proudly serving a largely migrant and Latino community
• Certified bilingual Medical Assistant dedicated to assisting in translation and patient care
• 1.0 FTE (40 hours per week)
• EMR system is EPIC
• Clinic Operational Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM

Position Highlights:

• Base compensation $141k - $160k per year. Additional earnings from productivity and patient satisfaction measures should be expected.

• 4-week Medical Spanish Immersion Program in Xayla, Guatemala
• $50k student loan repayment assistance beginning the month after your start date

Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, you must complete a Master's or Doctoral Degree -Nurse Practitioner or Master's Degree - Physician Assistant or Bachelor's Degree in Health Science and a two-year Physician Assistant training program.
