Job summary

Holy Trinity Seminary is seeking a Development Associate to assist the Director of Advancement with fundraising, stewardship, communications, and event planning. The role emphasizes donor relations, data integrity in Raiser's Edge NXT, and collaboration with leadership, volunteers, and staff.

Responsibilities include gift processing, prospect research, social media coordination, and coordination of the annual Spes Gregis Benefit, with light bookkeeping tasks in QuickBooks as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years in a nonprofit role.
• Proficiency in Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT preferred.
• Familiar with QuickBooks accounting software.
• Understanding of basic booking processes.

Responsibilities

• Process gifts, pledges, and pledge payments in Raiser's Edge NXT.
• Conduct prospect research and prepare donor profiles.
• Coordinate social media content and monthly e-blasts.
• Plan and support events, including annual Spes Gregis Benefit.
• Maintain donor and constituent records and prepare reports.
• Support operations with light bookkeeping duties as needed.
• Liaise with board committees and schedule advancement activities.
