The Development Services and Stewardship Assistant works with the Assistant Director of Development Services to manage the information services support areas of the Development Office. This part‑time position will assist with gift processing and reporting and with responding to information requests for fundraising data. The Assistant will also work to develop and execute a comprehensive stewardship plan to enhance the relationship between Asbury University and its donors. The Assistant will work with confidential information on a daily basis. An important part of the position is supporting the mission of the University and advancing the academic excellence and spiritual vitality of our University and students.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
This position requires the ability to occasionally lift items, up to 25 pounds.
This is a part-time position, and normal work hours are within Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.
No travel is expected for this position.
