Job summary

Realogy in New York is seeking a Sales Manager to drive sales performance, lead by example, and ensure exceptional client experiences. You will possess deep knowledge of the project, market conditions, and competitive properties, and communicate with professionalism.

You will lead the sales team, mentor brokers, coordinate broker outreach with Marketing and the Managing Director, and ensure listings are accurate.

Qualifications

Active New York Real Estate License required.
5+ years in real estate sales with leadership experience.
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Develop knowledge of the project, market conditions, and competitive properties.
Lead and mentor the sales team to hit site goals and maintain service standards.
Coordinate broker outreach with Marketing and Managing Director.
Ensure listing accuracy and clear communication to brokers.
Support marketing by feeding customer insights for materials.
Build relationships with clients, brokers, and partners through professional presentations.
Coach team on sales techniques, handling objections, and positioning.
Monitor pipeline and CRM records for timely follow-up.
Formulate contract execution with buyers, sellers, attorneys, lenders, and others.
Respond promptly to inquiries and prepare performance reports.
Collaborate with departments to ensure smooth project execution.
Adhere to policies, ethics, and Fair Housing regulations.
