Job summary

Dominion Energy Virginia’s Electric Transmission PMO seeks an Electric T&D Projects Manager I to support development, quality assurance, and project interfaces for Generation Interconnect and GI-Option to Build programs. This role serves as the consultant for management and must clearly communicate issues and solutions to diverse stakeholders.

Key activities include providing expert project support, developing schedules and documentation to track milestones, reviewing work for project execution

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management in Substation Engineering/Construction or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of substation components and design packages.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert project support and track process improvements.
• Develop schedules and documentation to track milestones.
• Review activities to support project execution and QA.
• Identify deviations and improve existing processes.
• Evaluate methods to improve safety, reliability and efficiency.
• Participate in company teams and industry groups.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
