Qualifications

• Leadership experience in multi-disciplinary teams with significant uncertainty.
• Excellent communication skills to present clear business recommendations.
• Experience framing economic analyses and value-based decision making.
• Ability to lead opportunities evaluations and investment decision processes.
• Broad oil and gas industry experience in engineering, subsurface, or asset development.

Responsibilities

• Lead acquisition and analysis of technical, commercial, and market data to build business cases for project decisions.
• Evaluate opportunities using fiscal, commercial frameworks and economic drivers.
• Develop and communicate economic models, risks, and trade-offs to stakeholders.
• Integrate technical, commercial, and execution perspectives to mature concepts.
• Identify value-enhancing opportunities and engage SMEs to maximize portfolio value.
• Collaborate across subsurface, engineering, commercial, finance and operations teams.
• Support annual planning, portfolio management, and reserves reporting including Plan & Budget inputs.
