Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least three years of work experience in development or related field.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Word, Outlook, Excel; Slack and Zoom.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Financial tracking and reporting for development activities.
• Data management and donor/constituent records upkeep.
• Texas Inner Circle membership support and stewardship tasks.
• Project administration for department-wide initiatives.
• Support efforts to achieve fundraising goals and program expansion.
